Do you require a long-term contract?
No. TechnoVerse works on a project basis with no long-term retainers required. Each project is scoped, agreed, and delivered independently. Ongoing support or growth retainers are available optionally after project completion.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, Wise, PayPal, Skrill, and Stripe. For enterprise projects, we can also accommodate purchase orders and NET payment terms. A deposit is required before work begins.
Can I start with a small project and scale up?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Starter engagement to test the partnership, then move to a Growth or Scale scope once they see the results. There is no obligation to commit to a larger package upfront.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for completed work. However, we provide revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure the final result meets your expectations. Our milestone-based process also allows you to review and approve each stage before we move forward.
How do you handle project pricing for complex builds?
For complex or enterprise-grade projects, we scope the work in a free discovery call and provide a fixed-price proposal. There are no surprise costs - all deliverables, timelines, and prices are agreed before we start.
