Brief & Moodboard
We gather your goals, audience, competitors, and visual preferences. A moodboard is presented for directional alignment before any design work begins.
Concept Design
2–3 initial concepts presented for feedback. We use real Figma files not static images so you can click through layouts and test interactions.
Refinement
Up to 3 rounds of revisions on the chosen concept until every detail is right - spacing, hierarchy, colour balance, and animation timing.
Delivery
All source files delivered in Figma, AI, PDF, PNG, and any required export formats. Developer handoff documentation included for UI/UX projects.

Common Questions About Graphic Design
What is included in a brand identity package?
Our standard brand identity package includes a primary logo, alternate logo variations, icon mark, colour palette with hex and CMYK values, typography selection with usage rules, and a brand guidelines PDF. We also offer extended packages that add stationery design, social media templates, and a pitch deck template.
Do you work in Figma?
Yes. All UI/UX work is delivered in Figma with organised layers, reusable components, auto-layout, and design tokens where applicable. We provide developer handoff via Figma's inspect tool and include a walkthrough call so your development team can implement correctly.
Can you design social media templates my team can edit?
Yes. We build template sets in Canva Pro or Figma that your non-designer team members can edit easily - swapping text, images, and colours without breaking the layout. We include a short tutorial video with every template pack.
Do you do motion graphics and animated logos?
Yes. We produce animated logos in Lottie format (for web and app use), MP4, and GIF. We also produce short explainer animations and social video content using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Spline for 3D motion.
How long does a brand identity project take?
A logo and basic brand identity takes 5–7 business days. A full brand identity with guidelines document takes 10–14 days. A complete UI/UX design system for a web or mobile product takes 3–6 weeks depending on the number of screens and components required.
